Julie White is a Consultant of OpusRed.

Julie was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and has made her career as an employment lawyer and workplace investigator.  She has a wealth of experience advising private and public sector clients on workplace matters across a range of industries, including banking, manufacturing, education, health, professional services and government.

Prior to joining OpusRed Lawyers, Julie has worked in specialist employment law teams at respected large and boutique law firms in Melbourne and Sydney.

Julie has also practised in-house for the UK’s Government Legal Service, acting on behalf of government departments and agencies in employment litigation, which has given her deep insights into clients’ organisational and operational needs.  Julie is a dual qualified lawyer in Australia and the UK.

Julie is a highly skilled and experienced workplace investigator.  She has conducted investigations for private and public clients into complex complaints of workplace bullying, harassment, fraud and other allegations of misconduct and breaches of internal policies and procedures.

Julie provides strategic advice to employers on restructures, redundancies and terminations.  She also advises liquidators, administrators and receivers on employee entitlement issues, transmission of business, award and employment obligations.

Julie’s approach is to work actively with her clients to understand their organisations and to build their internal capability to meet the challenges of managing employees in contemporary, diverse workplaces.  She has a genuine passion for helping businesses and organisations to implement practical workplace solutions.
